Varsity Scouting stresses personal development through spiritual growth, leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, and advancement toward the Eagle Scout rank. Varsity Scouts may also take part in opportunities emphasizing conservation, academics, and scholarship, and they are eligible to attend national and world jamborees.
